Subject to availability you will be able to purchase additional tickets in person from our on-site Box Office, please note we only accept card payments.

Whilst the site is suitable for children of all ages, we would suggest that children are accompanied at all times by a person of 16 years or over.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The ice rink is not permitted for children under 3​

We will, where possible, allow entry to the event should you be running late.

No, the ticket buyer does not have to be at the event. We do however ask that you have the ticket downloaded on your phone ready to be scanned by our staff. Please note all children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16.

We are offering a variety of price points, including Off-Peak, or Peak tickets, to help us manage periods of higher and lower demand.

Unfortunately we don’t have cloakrooms available on site. Any items not kept on your person can be left in the Boot Room but at a customers own risk.

Our standard opening hours for the market  are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the first skating session at 10:15 AM and the last skating session at 9:15 PM.

Exceptions – Midday Opening (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

On the following dates, the rink opens at 12:00 PM, with the first skating session at 12:15 PM and the last skating session at 9:15 PM:

Holiday Closure

The rink will be closed on Christmas Day (25 December).
