Can you buy tickets on the day for the Rink?
Yes you will be able to purchase tickets to the rink on the day via the Box Office.
Are there age restrictions for accessing the site?
Whilst the site is suitable for children of all ages, we would suggest that children are accompanied at all times by a person of 16 years or over.
Are there any age restrictions?
All children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
I am running late for my session, what do I do?
We will, where possible, allow entry to the event should you be running late.
Does the ticket buyer have to be at the event with me?
No, the ticket buyer does not have to be at the event. We do however ask that you have the ticket downloaded on your phone ready to be scanned by our staff. Please note all children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16.
Why do your prices vary depending on the day I want to come?
We are offering a variety of price points, including Off-Peak, or Peak tickets, to help us manage periods of higher and lower demand.
How do I locate my lost property?

Is there a cloakroom?
Skate Leicester Square offers a cloakroom service for an additional fee per item, payable at the Ice Rink.
