Ticket information

Family Ticket covers 4 people (2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.)

Child Ticket (3 - 12 years)  Applicable to children aged 12 and under at the time of the event.  The ice rink is  not permitted for children under 3. Proof of age may be required.

We provide double-bladed skates for the tiniest of feet, as well as skating aids for younger children at an additional cost when you arrive.

Other Information

Skate hire is included in the price of your ticket, but you’re also welcome to bring your own skates subject to suitability checks. (Please note: speed skates are not allowed.)

Skate Leicester Square offers a cloakroom service for an additional fee per item, payable at the Ice Rink. 

Children aged  3-12 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please arrive a little before your time slot to get your skates on. Each skating session lasts 45 minutes.

For safety reasons, you are not allowed to take photographs whilst on the ice. However, spectators can take photos from the viewing platforms around the rink.

If a customer requires the assistance of a personal assistant or a carer to attend, the companion is eligible for a complimentary personal assistant ticket. Free companion tickets can be booked in person, by email or over the phone.

Wheelchair users are welcome on the rink.
